Initiated in 2005, Gotcha Private Investigative Services is a Licensed Investigative Agency in the state of Florida, operating out of the city of Brandon. With the excercise of common sense, intelligence, experience, and dedication to hard work, Gotcha is able to provide quality, professional investigative services, assisting companies and individuals with background research, surveillance, loss prevention consultation, and locates for the purposes of recovery.
Background Checks: include verification of name, address, phone number, assets, place(s) of employment, professional licenses, and criminal and sexual predator history. Additional information can be provided based upon your requests. Reports can be provided in a matter of hours or within a 24-48 hour time frame based on the extent of the research.
Surveillance: provides you with detailed video tape or photo documentation displaying a subject's activities to definitely assist you in your need to know. Daily updates are provided and a detailed report along with video evidence is available within 2-3 days of the completed surveillance.
Loss Prevention: as a strategy to get to the core of the problem, consultation by way of discreet operations, provides you with weekly (daily by requests) reports identifying people, instances and situations that are or could be potential risk management issues and tactics to mitigate loss.
Locates: based on immediate information and the leads provided location of individuals can be performed.Time varies depending on the urgency and type of locate.

Our History
Gotcha Private Investigative Services was Founded in 2005, by Carol S. Williams Jr-- Gotcha Manager and Chief Investigator. Mr. Williams grew up in Tampa, FLorida where he attended Robinson High School. He graduated in 1997 with honors as a student-athlete, participating in football where he was a Captain, and serving as a member of clubs such as Student Government, DECA, and the National Honor Society.
The community has always been an integral part of Mr. Williams' development as a person, especially within the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa and All Sports Community Service, which is headed by former Chicago '85 Bear team member Tyrone Keys. It was the early instillment of values such as discipline, respect, honesty, integrity, and leadership within the Boys & Girls Club that lead Mr. Williams to get invloved with All Sports Community Services, which focuses on helping students fulfill dreams. Through All Sports, he was introduced to DePauw University located in Greencastle, Indiana, where he attended for four years, earning honors in football for All-Conference, All-America, and serving as a team Captain. Mr. Williams obtained his Bachelor's degree in 2001 and returned to Tampa where he was introduced to the investigative industry through loss prevention detail.
The values instilled early continue and a few years later, his own agency was created. We currently operate out of Brandon, Florida with the mailing address P.O. Box 1033 Brandon, FL 33509. Prior to initiating his own company, Mr. Williams was an investigator for the PICA Corporation, the global leader in loss prevention and risk management, Indentifax Investigative Services, a leader in insurance defense, and Specialty Investigations Unlimited, another surveillance and insurance specialist.
